Is there the ability -- or can you add the ability -- to have the "circles" before each task replaced by numbers. I know that you have the count listed on the sidebar (in macOS) but it would be beneficial to me to have have the actual tasks numbers; just an idea.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll keep it on the list to consider.

If you don't prefer completing with clicking circles, you can turn it off by 'Preferences - Appearance - Icon - Hide'.

Appreciate the response.

The ask / issue is that it would be helpful to me to have the tasks numbered with the Lists / Smart Lists.

There is no issue with ticking circles to complete tasks.
