I just got premium and tried to setup a smart list. I tried both a recommendation and one of my own. Neither saved because “done” at top right is always greyed-out, so I only have the option to cancel . I can’t see anything I’ve missed, and sorry if this is a stupid question. But surely the recommended ones should save OK even if I’ve missed something on my own smart list? I’m on IOS 13.2, iPhone 7.

I'm sorry about the situation. It's a bug that's introduced in current version and will be fixed on next update.
You may edit 'Title' of the smart list and 'Done' button will be enabled.
