is there a way to limit the list selection when creating a new entry?
The background: I use Goodtask both as a to-do list for work and private life, but also maintain different packing lists, e.g. for "hiking" or "winter holidays".
I only need the latter lists three or four times a year, whereas "work" and "private" lists I need daily. If I now create a new task and want to select a suitable list, I always see the lists "Hiking" and "Winter holiday", for example.
Is there a way to hide these in the selection dialogue?
Hi @Frank, thanks for using GoodTask.
You can hide the lists completely from the app in 'Settings - Lists & Calendars' but it can't be removed in lists selection page while adding a new task.
One workaround would be using Prompt quick action to select list. Also you may use /alphabet text snippet while typing to change list if needed.
