When I go in to edit Sort Options on a List, I can create a new sort with Tags. While editing Tags, there is an option to "Bring Tags from Settings". I am assuming there is somewhere in Settings where I can edit this "Master" list of Tags. Where do I edit that master list?

'Master' list of tags is automatically generated with below settings.
- Smart Lists with 'Filter : Tag'. All tags that's used to filter tags on smart lists will be added.
- Quick Actions : Tag & Switch. All tags that's used in Tag & Switch type of Quick Actions will be added.
- Sort Options on other lists. Tags used in other lists' sort options will be added.
