# Getting error "the reminder account could not save all alerts"

i keep getting hit with the error in the title. it prevents reminders from being checked off, or info about them doesn't get saved. for example, if i change the due date and get this alert, the task due date will be the same as before

Hi @Robbie , thanks for the report. Would you let me know some more details?

- Which database do you use for Reminders? (iCloud, Exchange, etc)
- Does it sometimes work and sometimes not? If so, can you distinguish any differences?

I downloaded the app on ios, I haven't set any custom database settings. Tasks work sometimes, the issue seems to happen more frequently when completing/uncompleting events with a monthly occurrence. However, I have seen this error in other situations that involved task editing. In the screenshot, you can see how the task remains on the list and overdue, despite being marked. I had expected it to disappear after being marked and reappear assigned to the new due date
