Is it save to use special characters, e.g. -, in tags? Or could something break?

Personally I would like to use text as #this-week?

Also would it be save to use multiple tags for a task? Is it also possible to add other notes text to notes text that already contains a tag?

Tag is just a form of text so it won't matter. If the notes contain the tag(text), it'll be shown.
