Shortcut on the Lock Screen?

I recently looked to alter the lock screen buttons on my iPhone 17 Pro Max so that the left hand button could add reminders via Goodtask.
When set I see the following and it appears I can't use it to add reminders?

Am I missing something?

Thanks for the feedback.

You need to add Favorites first inside app’s Settings - Favorites.

Make a new favorite with Add Task option and choose it on the lock screen. It should open add task page while tapping the button. Thanks!
