Sync Mac and iPhone

I have the iOS version of GoodTask and I’m considering getting for Mac as well
My question is: will they sync to each other or they are apart?

Thanks for using GoodTask. If you have same account set for Reminders, GoodTask will show same data too.

To sync preferences, you need to have same iCloud account and iCloud Drive turned on.
