URL Scheme All Lists Not Working

I’ve got a iOS shortcut that’s supposed to launch the all lists view. It’s not working.

Is this correct?

Thanks for the feedback. If it’s the first list, try section=1&row=1

Its not. The URL scheme is supposed to bring up the screen of all the lists.

So when I use it, I should get this (every time)
