A Problem with Installation

I have just bought, paid for and started to download the application from the Mac App Store. The installation reached 31% when a notice appeared on my screen: "GoodTask could not be installed. Please try again later." This happened several times. I've no reason to think that there's any problem with my computer (M1 Mac Mini, 16Gb of Ram, 200 Gb of space on the hard disk). How can I download what I've paid for? (I've used GoodTask for a trial period about 12 months ago, but as far as I can see nothing remains from that installation on my machine, although I'm not an expert.)

Hi @Hugh , thanks for using GoodTask.

Would you try after restarting the device? It should normally work well. If the issue persists, try re-logging in on App Store and try again. Thanks!

Hi, thanks for the advice. I had tried re-booting and re-downloading, both to no effect. But I have now got the download to work: the obstacle was a fragment of the original installation which I downloaded for a trial about 12 months ago and eventually found on my machine. Now I'm looking forward to using GoodTask full-time. Thanks again.
