I'm using Ticktick on iOS with some shared tasks and I get notifications for due tasks that are assigned to another user on the list. Is there any way to prevent this and only get notifications for due tasks that are assigned to me or not assigned at all?

Currently assigned task feature is not opened to 3rd party devs by Apple.
If it’s on specific list only, you can exclude list for notifications in ‘Settings - General - Notifications’.
