First, love the app. Only way I've gotten more organized. Use it with Rectangle's "ToDo" mode to keep it always on the right side of my desktop, and other windows next to/around it.

But that actually has highlighted an issue for me. Throughout the work day, the window doesn't update everything. For example, I had multiple items with scheduled deadlines of times in the day (1pm, 2pm, 3pm, etc). Everything was white, meaning nothing has been passed. Except that it's 4pm. Click the window and it updates and now everything is red.
Trust me, it seems to think like I do that I'm way more on track than I am. 
And as an IT guy, I can tell you I appreciate the lack of resource consumption on my system. But a background UI refresh more frequently would be helpful. Unless it's a bug, because I really want to say this used to work better.
