I am semi new to the Good Taks and I am trying to find a way for speedy adding task (bulk add). Aka I would like to rapidly be able to paste in lets say 5 rows of text and they become 5 tasks. In addition the ability to simply type in multiple tasks 1 by one using only key-board in rapid entry (aka is there a shortcut for the "add-more" button in the New task box
CMD_SHIFT_Enter while writing title on add window will trigger 'Add more' which will empty the title text. You can check below page for more keyboard shortcuts.
Other than that, if you paste (CMD-V) text with multiple lines into the app's main window, it should add multiple tasks at once.
You can click/select 'Add More' while you have title typed in to add another task with other settings kept. You can set more detail option inside Settings > New Task > Add More menu.
For copy and paste, you need to have text in your clipboard. On iOS, you can tap + on Lists page or long tap + inside list and choose 'Clipboard' to do the same action. On Mac, you can simply CMD-V on the main app's window.
I have an ios shortcut that uses ChatGPT and I can just dictate what I want to do in normal language and the shortcut will parse all tasks and add them to GT. Like the βRambleβ function in Todoist. Works like a charm
Itβs in Swedish but can probably be used also in English. I also use ChatGPT through Apple Intelligence but it also works to use the actions from the ChatGPT app.
