Difficulty with Goals page

So I can get to the Goals page, and I can add categories with no problem. It’s the goals themselves that I can’t seem to add. I tap the + button and I get a regular task, but that task shows up on my default list, not on the Goals page. Suggestions?

Thanks for the feedback. You can tap the empty area on top under category name to edit the text for that category. Thanks!
