How do I disable reminders sync?
Mostly I'm just annoyed by getting duplicate notifications on my phone from both reminders and goodtask for the same task. But as I have tasks that use repeat on completion I'd rather just abandon Reminders.app completely.
Thanks for the feedback. Since the app started on top of Reminders, there is no way to abandon Reminders app completely. I’ll keep your feedback though.
Meanwhile, you can turn off notifications for Reminders inside default Settings app - Notifications - Reminders.

It would definitely be interesting if GoodTask supported its own sync separate from Reminders, say with a separate iCloud sync. But definitely would be a lot of development work compared to just using Reminders.
