Due/Overdue Count is wrong

All of a sudden my due/overdue count is wrong. It is 1 higher than it should be. It's been that way for a few weeks but I thought, if I became fully up-to-date, it would correct. I now have NO tasks due today and NO overdue tasks - I checked both of those lists and they have '0' listed. But by the GoodTask icon on all devices (iPhone, iPad and two MacBook Airs), there is a '1'. How do I fix this?

Thanks for using GoodTask.

If there is no overdue tasks, it should count as 0. First, go into Settings - General - App Icon Badge and check if you have proper settings.

If so but the issue persists, try restarting the app or device. Also run Settings - Advanced - Delete local cache files.

There are no overdue tasks.
The App Icon Badge is not in General, it's in Notifications. And that is where the problem was, I think. I turned off "undated tasks" and the '1' went away. So, I scrolled to the bottom of my All list, and there was a task that I must have started and aborted because it was just a character (b) and nothing else. I deleted that task and good then turn back on "undated" and all is fine. I wish the undated came at the top of the list rather than buried at the bottom, after a 2031 task! Is there any way of the list set up with undated ones at top? Even though this one was a mistake, I think it might be good to track undated todo's that aren't essential to complete but you don't want to lose track of them. At the bottom that would be easy.

Glad to hear that the issue is resolved.

You may check 'Sort options' which can be set in general or per list. When 'Due date' is selected, you can change order for undated tasks.
