When I hit "duplicate as task", it either doesn't work or the task shows up 10 minutes later. How can I fix this so it goes back to working instantly?

I'm not experiencing any delay on the feature. Would you try restarting the device or app and see if it fixes the issue? If the issue persists, please share some screen recordings to contact@hahaint.com
