Factory reset on iphone

How can I reset all my settings to default
Thanks

Thanks for using GoodTask. Currently there is no direct way to reset settings if you are using iCloud on iPhone. If you’re using a Mac, you can do below things to reset.

  • Close the app.

  • Open Finder

  • On top menu, choose 'Go > Go to folder..'

  • Copy below and move to the folder
    ~/Library/Containers/com.hahainteractive.GoodTask3Mac/Data/Library/Preferences

  • Delete com.hahainteractive.GoodTask3Mac.plist

  • On top menu, choose 'Go > Go to folder..'

  • Copy below and move to the folder
    ~/Library/Group Containers/

  • Delete U57829932E.group.hahainteractive.goodtask3

  • Restart the device and open the app.

Thanks!

I'm not able to find these folders/files, would they be different if installed via SetApp?

Hi @mikester, thanks for the feedback.

Yes, SetApp version has different folder. You can change com.hahainteractive.GoodTask3Mac to com.hahainteractive.GoodTask-setapp. If you approach the folder through Finder, you'll just see multiple GoodTask folders.

Thanks!
