GoodTask Mac: Task edits revert shortly after change when syncing Reminders/Microsoft Tasks

For some time now, I've had to make changes to certain tasks in the GoodTask Mac app twice before the changes take effect. The first change is always undone after 1–2 seconds.

I haven’t figured out yet which types of tasks this happens with.

I suspect this has something to do with syncing with other devices.

In addition to Apple Reminders, I also use Microsoft Tasks in GoodTask.

Thanks for the feedback. I haven’t got any reports around this yet. Would you give me some more details?

  • Does this happen on all the tasks? Please check on both iCloud lists and Outlook lists.
  • What do you mean by suspect the sync with other devices? Is it related to tasks opened in multiple devices and edited at the same time?
