How to assign list specific filters in a smart list?

I’d like to create a smart list that filters items differently depending on which list they are a part of.

For instance, list A is a smart list combining lists B and C. I want items in list B to appear if they are due today. I want items in list C to appear only once they are overdue.

I can not see any options to filter based on list in the smart list edit menu. Is this possible to do? Thank you.
