Integration with Apple notes

Hi,
I find the feature linking with apple notes very useful. The way I currently do it is by sharing the note to Apple reminders and it appears on GoodTask. This is very useful as the notes icon shows when looking through my lists and when I click this it goes straight to Apple notes.

Feature suggestion: could we also put an Apple notes icon that links to the note inside the task view (already works in listlist view). I’m sure it should be quite easy to implement. Hope makes sense

On the subject how do you share a link to a list in notes? And vice versa?

Hi @Themikeyd ,

When you share a text inside Notes to Reminders, the link will appear on GoodTask too.

Inside Notes app, you can use URL scheme to make a link to a list or 'Copy Link' for a task inside GoodTask to get a link.

Hi @rabbit , I checked and it already shows link inside task detail view at the bottom. The link should send you to the Notes app.

How do I use the url scheme? Obvious to some but not to most

For opening list, easiest one would be using title or section/row number. For example, you can use goodtask3://view?title=hello to open a list with title hello. You can also add view to specify the view (goodtask3://view?title=hello&view=1). Using section and row can also be done if you have complex title. (goodtask3://view?section=1&row=2 -> first section, second list)
