IOS app: daily limit on use?

A few weeks ago, the GoodTask IOS app began to post a message stating that I have exceeded my daily use limit. I am given an option to ignore the limit for one day.

I don't want to limit my use at all. I registered this app so I do not understand why this "feature" has appeared.

Thanks for using GoodTask. I’m not aware of the issue you’re talking about. If the app is unlocked, there is no limit for daily use. If the trial period is over, you don’t get access at all. Please share screenshot of the issue you’re talking about. Thanks!

It happened again first thing this morning.

The first image shows the start of the problem. Note that the icon for GoodTask is greyed out. Also, there is an hourglass symbol below the icon.

The second images shows what happens when I touch the GoodTask icon.

The third image shows what happens when I touch the "Ignore Limit" blue bar. Note that the most favorable option presented is to ignore limit for one day. Not optimal.

Thanks for the details. It seems like you've accidentally set app limits in Screen Time. Open default Settings app and go into Screen Time. You can adjust app limits on that page. Thanks!

Thank you for resolving my issue. You are correct, and GoodTask is not at fault. I never used the "Screen Time" setting before, so I would have been unlikely to succeed without your help.
Grateful,
D.A.
