Hi,
Love the app, I want to know if iOS app has this functionality (does MacOS have this too?)
I have a list of tasks.
I want to bulk select some of them, then make them as subtasks under another task.
eg.
List
A
B
C
I want to bulk select B & C, and make then into subtasks under A.
Is this possible with iOS app?
Is it possible with macOS app?
Thanks
Hi @Matthew_Chan , thanks for using GoodTask.
Subtask system inside GoodTask is simple text based checklist under a task.
You can drag and drop tasks into a task to make them into subtasks but it'll keep title only as subtasks. You can choose to 'Move' it or 'Copy' it as subtask while dropping it into a task. This can be used as 'Ask' pop-up each time or choose one to run always by setting option inside Settings > Sort, Tags > Drag and Drop: Task -> Task (Subtask) option.
On Mac, you can select multiple tasks with shift or command key just like other lists and drag-and-drop them. On iOS, you can long press a task, move along, tap other tasks to select multiple tasks to drag and drop.
Thanks!
