Is it possible to turn off automatic date / time detection?

Whenever I'm typing a reminder, dates and times are used for due date / time - wheter I want it or not... most often the latter.

Google tells me it is impossible to "turn off" in Reminders, but is there a workaround for Goodtask?

You can turn it off inside Settings - New Task - Text Snippets.
