Issue with Subscription and One-Time Purchase

Hello, I previously purchased an annual subscription, but after consulting with you, I decided to buy a one-time purchase. So, after getting a refund, I bought the support once. However, after updating yesterday, I can no longer use it and need to pay to continue using it. Could you please explain why this is happening?

‘Support once’ purchase is separate option that can be purchased additionally. It’s been added since the app has been updated for years.
