Items won’t open

On both my iPhone XR and my iPad Air 5 items on my list will not open. Tapping on an item has no effect.

I uninstalled the app from both devices, powered them down and reinstalled the app on both devices.

Now: 1) The iPad lists are blank. All items are gone; and

  1. on the iPhone the original issue persists.

I also noticed yesterday that an item on the list was not updated when I edited the appointment in Calendar. I reset the calendar connection in the advanced settings of GT but that had no effect.

The issue began on July 4. Thank you for any assistance that you can provide.

Seems like a weird issue.

Would you check if Reminders app is working properly with correct data?

The issue is now resolved. I just had to create a new list in Reminders and the data populated in GT when refreshed.
