Hi, I like the look of Matrix view in its default form, but can’t workout why the 2 Not Urgent quadrants are never populated. For example, I was expecting a task that has passed its start date, but has 2 weeks until the due date to appear in a not urgent quadrant. Could you explain what makes something ‘not urgent’? Thanks.

Currently for basic settings, 'Urgent' option filters overdue and today's tasks. 'Not urgent' fetches all the others. 'Important' ones are high/mid priority and 'Not important' ones are low/none priority tasks.
You want to make sure that you're on a list that shows all the tasks. If you're in 'Today' list and moves tasks into 'Not urgent', it may go away since the due date might change to different date.
I think in your case, it could be due to 'Start date' settings. Currently if it's already started, it goes into 'Today' filter as urgent. I'll check and will see how it should be done.

So tasks that due or started after today should go in the not urgent? There are lots of those and nothing in those 2 quadrants. Most of my tasks just have a due date.
