It would be handy an quick shortcut to have in Actions where an task an Due Date you can set to start the task with an fixed / relative start date. Now you have to touch the iPad on an small icon.

+1 for this. Just experimenting with start dates now. Quick actions for setting start dates would make a lot of sense.
