Problem about repeated task?

Hello,

I'm new and I really like this application but I have a problem:

When I set a date to a task, let's imagine Sunday December 5th, and set it to repeat every day, in my task list, when I look at the days to come, Monday 6th, Tuesday 6th... I don't see the task displayed every day, but only the Sunday that I chose.

It's as if when I specify a date, the “repeat every day” option doesn't work anymore. The problem is that if I don't set a date, I no longer have the “repeat every day” option.

I'm probably doing something wrong?

Hi @Alias_Bcl , thanks for using GoodTask.

First, you need to have due date to set recurrence rules.

For the tasks that have recurrence rules, it doesn’t automatically make tasks according to the rule like calendar events. Next task is made upon the rule when you complete the task. This is how Reminders manage recurring tasks and since GoodTask uses its data, it follows the same rule.

There is an option in Settings - General - Future Recurring Tasks to let you check future recurring tasks for selected period. This will let you plan the future according to the rule if it gets completed.
