I purchased Goodtask for both Mac and IOS in February, including Pro update. Just now received a message saying I had 4 days on my trial ... What happened and how can I fix it? Can't seem to bring up message again ... I kept receipts if needed ...

Normally it shouldn't work that way. If you have trial version on your Mac, remove that and make sure you're not running it.
