Question) New to dos always have "!" assigned. Don't know why

Hello forum.

I was toggling with a lot of features of goodtaks yesterday (theme, quick action...etc) and today, I learnt that somehow all my new to dos have "!!" automatically assigned to it.
I've went to "New to do" in the setting, but I couldn't find the default importance setting. Can anyone help me?

Thanks for the feedback. It could be ‘Contextual’ option if you’re adding a task in a smart list with priority filter.
