Quick Actions...I love their functionality...I do not like that I CURRENTLY only use a limited number of them and the need to display all of them looks very cluttered!

I would find it very helpful because I do not want to loose any the "default defined" Quick Actions in case i want them for later use:

  1. Controls / tick boxes similar to Text Snippets to picks which Quick Actions are / are not displayed; OR

  2. Archive capability where Quick Actions that are not used are archived for possible later retrieval / use.

Comments / thoughts on adding this functionality?
