Requesting Guidance on Enhancing GoodTask for Project Administration

Hello Everyone :hugs:,

I'm contacting you in an effort to learn more about how to best utilise GoodTask for handling intricate tasks. Since I've been using GoodTask, I've been incredibly impressed with how flexible it is and how well it integrates with Calendar and Reminders.

On the other hand, I'm yet to figure out how to organise and manage my workload for a few significant projects I'm working on.

I have the following specific queries:

Project Organisation: The way should tasks for various projects be arranged? Is it better to make distinct lists for every project or to utilise tags and priority in a single list?

Dependants and Subtasks: In GoodTask, how are subtasks and dependencies among tasks managed? Is it possible to see the jobs that must be finished in the correct order?

Tasks That Recur: I have a number of tasks that come up periodically. How can I best put things up to remind me when it's appropriate without taking up too much space on my to-do list?

Time Blocking: Is GoodTask used by anyone to block time on their calendar? If yes, how do you successfully include your tasks into your daily schedule?

Personalised Smart Lists: I've heard folks refer to personalised smart lists. Is there anyone who can provide instances of clever lists they have made that have been especially helpful in project management?

I would be grateful for any advice, templates, or procedures that you could provide. I'm really curious to see how other users use the capabilities of GoodTask to maintain efficiency and organisation.

Thank you  in advance.
