I’ve convinced my wife to use GoodTask to manage shared list for home chores and shopping. When I attach any image to the task, my wife can’t see them and vice versa. To her, the task appears in the list without any image/attachments.
Is there a way that we can view those images or any attachments.

Attachments in GoodTask are saved in personal iCloud Drive folder so it won't work for shared lists. There is no specific way for GoodTask to distinguish personal and shared list at the moment. They all work same but is shared through iOS in the background.
Only way to share attachments would be uploading to somewhere else and adding web links to notes field to share the data.
