I feel like I'm missing something obvious here, but I've tried to search with no real success.

When I create a task using natural language (today, tomorrow, etc.), GoodTask works well. What I can't make work, however, is creating a task with a specific date - such as "Do the laundry on December 21," which would automatically set the due date for the task as December 21.

Is there a way to do this that I'm just missing?

Hi @tiptop, thanks for using GoodTask.

Currently you can set date with numbers such as 12/9 to set date on a task. You can check which options are available inside Settings - New task - Text snippets.
