Smart list setting error

Hi

I created a Smart List and applied a filter to hide overdue reminders. If the due date is set to today but no specific time is assigned, it is considered overdue and does not appear in the list when a filter is applied.

I wish tasks would be considered overdue starting from the day before their due date.
