When will goodtask subtasks will be compliant with apple reminders subtasks ?
How can I handle that now ? (Maybe with a shortcut ?)

Unfortunately Apple does not open info about subtasks used in Reminders app. You may send feedback to Apple on below website to give them a nudge.
