Manual sync option when checking items in a list. I frequently check off more than one item, and waiting to sync makes me crazy. I’d be just as happy to select a bunch, then tap a sync button to propagate.

Sync for Reminders database runs under the hood so you don't need to take care or wait for it to run. You can just do the actions you need and let it go.
