QuickActions have a range of actions they can utilize. One of which is "Switch," which cycles through a sequence of predefined tags. Some of my QuickActions are still using it. Yet it's no longer an option on that action list. Usually, it's right next to "Tag." I noticed this is the case for the iOS app as well.
