Sync doesn’t work between iPhone and iPad


I’ve ticked one reminder from my iPhone. But GoodTask has been snoozing on the iPad. I’ve checked about the native app and the reminder has been cleared. Removed the app from my iPad, reinstalled it. Still no change...

What’s wrong please...

Do you mean that GoodTask on iPad has a task which is not shown on Reminders on iPad and GoodTask on iPhone?

Would you try restarting the app?

I did restart.
Restart all devices (iPad, IPhone and Watch)
Erased the app onto the iPad and reinstalled it.
No change.
I’ve just checked now: The reminder is still on GoodTask and not on the native app on iPad.

Hmm, weird.

  • Do you use iCloud to manage Reminders database?
  • Would you try modifying that task on iPad and see how it goes?

Yes I do use iCloud on all devices.
Fact is that the reminder isn’t on Reminders already. But still on GoodTask, but only on the iPad... I realised about it when the auto snooze started on the iPad.

It works fine now.
A hiccup in the process may be.
The iCloud system isn’t that good if you ask me (as for the reminder part).
As a result, the sync onto my Watch isn’t always working.
Anyway I’m a happy user of your app.
Just trying to make it better with feedback like today.
There is no more beta? Or are you working on iOS 14?

Hi @BrunodeMalaisie, there is no beta running at the moment. iOS 14 is planned to be announced on Jun 22nd. Let's see what comes out.
