Is there a way to either import or sync with OmniFocus?

Hi @Evan_Silberman, thanks for the feedback. There is no way to import on GoodTask side but since GoodTask shares data from Reminders app, you can look for things that work with Reminders database and it should show on GoodTask too.

Just paid £38.99 and found that GoodTask nor Reminders have import options in 2021.

Unbeleiveable.
