How can I do it with good tasks to manage a project with milestone? Now I creare a task with subtask. But in substask I need to set the date. How can do it?

You can start off with subtasks but if it gets big and need a separate due date and others, you can make a new list out of the task which will transform subtasks into tasks in that new list.

Thanks, but I can duplicate a List?

When you tap top right '3 dots' button inside a task, you'll see 'Task -> List' button. Doing it will make a new list with the tasks. You can't duplicate a Reminders list. If you need to, you can make a new list and duplicate tasks and move them to new list.
