I am really hoping there is a way to create a template task with subtasks in it or some similar workaround. I work in landscape and design sales and when I land a job there is a series of steps that need to be taken immediately. Before we can get to the jobsite.
These tasks are all basically the same and it would streamline my thought process and work if I could just select a task template or something.
Anybody have any tips or ideas?

You can make templates with tasks and subtasks inside 'Settings - New Task - Templates'.
Setting it up first could take some time but after that, you can easily add the tasks according to the template when you need it.

I’m sure I’m just missing something that is probably right in front of my face. How do I deploy that task template when the time comes? How do I turn my template into an active task?

I figured it out!
Long press on the + when in a last and is letting me add from the templates button.

You can also long tap on top calendar area on day, week and month views to add them on the date. Thanks!
