That update note means just the changes in words. Yes, you can filter tasks by title and notes. You may check if it has proper symbol or not.

Wow, this is awesome, but very unclear. I was about to suggest a feature to allow filtering on text in the title. But it works like a charm. A bit of UI guidance would be great.
