Regarding the inconsistency in syncing themes between iphone and ipad, I've looked at all the settings to make sure it's all synced, but the colours still don't match.
You can clearly see in picture 2 that the blue is a light blue and the font is yellow.

Due to 'Sidebar' on iPad, views on it behave different from same view on iPhone. Colors may be different between iPhone and iPad for that reason.
On theme editing page, values with (iPad) which are 'List Text Color' and more is used on the sidebar.

The list text color has finally been changed, which means that there is still no way to standardize the sidebar background color at this point?

On iPhone, selected state is not permanent so basic tint color and sub text color is used. Thanks!
