Where are they kept? I already have a online journal but like the integration of today with my tasks. I want to get these notes and push them to my journal, looking for hook or just structure of where they are stored and I can pull.

You can open 'Reports' page (2nd button at the bottom of lists) and on 'Daily' section, you'll see the notes. It can be shown/hidden with 'More' button.
