Hello, I received an alert about GoodTask having alarm integration on the latest update, but am unable to figure out how to actually use the feature. I approved the request for the app to control alarms and timers, but I don’t see anywhere to create an urgent alert as an option for new tasks or as a quick action. Just wondering if there is something I am overlooking.

Alarm integration works with priority. By default, if you have mid or high priority with alert, it'll bring up alarm feature. You can customize which priority should work on Settings > General > Notifications > Urgent.
