Hi there,
Thank you for this great app! I'm a newbie and here's what I'm trying to achieve on mobile:
I would like to be able to only use GoodTask so that I don't need to open the reminders or/and the calendar app anymore.
Therefore I'm using the IOS14 Widget which shows all my tasks and calendar entries of today.
Is it possible to change the "+ button" (on the right side at the bottom of the "mid-sized widget") so that it is also possibe to create a new calendar entry (not only a new task)? It would be great if we could choose between creating a new task or a new calendar entry, like it's possible on the Mac version.
PS: I don't know IOS shortcuts well yet. Is it possible to have more possibilities when I want to generate a shortcut for GoodTask (there are 3 options displayed)?
If possible I would like to have a shortcut which opens the monthly calendar view in GoodTask. This would be handy when someone wants to arrange an appointment and I have to check the available dates and time first before creating a new calendar entry.
Thank you all for every suggestion & help!
Sorry for my bad English (my main language is Swiss-German).
Thanks for the feedback. I’ll consider your suggestions.
You can add calendar event by long tapping + button or top calendar area on day, week and month views.
If you prefer showing options while tapping + button, you can set it on ‘Settings - New task - Add button’.
You can also set Favorites which can be accessed via Favorites widget.
Thanks!

Thank you very much for your answer/help!
Long tapping the "+ button" does not work on the IOS Widget. Then you can only choose to edit the whole widget.
Thank you for this hint. Unfortunately, this only works if we are already in GoodTask and not if you press the "+ button" on the Widget (it always creates a new task then and it seems that you can't have the option "options" there?).
Could the possibility to have the "options" (where you can choose to create a task OR a calendar entry) when pressing the "+ button" on the WIDGET also be integrated so that we could choose this in the widget settings? Like this you don't have to enter GoodTask first and then press the "+ button" there and it would possibly save time...
Maybe this would also be helpful for other users?
Thanks for detail explanation. Current widget does not have much flexibility at the moment. Maybe on iOS 15, it could get better.
I'll keep it on the list to consider. Thanks!
