Why there is a « + » on list view

Hi,
On the list view there is a « + » after date information (on my screenshot « aujourd’hui « means « today » , « demain » means « tomorrow «
Why ?

Thanks for the feedback.

If you tap that area, task adding page will come up for that day. You can also long tap it to add calendar events or templates.

You can set how it shows inside Settings > General > List View (or 3-dot menu on top right - Settings while in List view). 'Add Button' can be shown/hidden or turned off.
