Won’t let me add a task

Hi,
I just brought myself an iPad 10th gen and i’ve updated it to the new ios18.
When i open the app and press the “+” button, it pops up with this message, “Reminders can’t be added. Check default reminders apps settings”
i have been in the settings and when i tap “default list” it’s just blank.
PLEASE help me

Hi @Shaniya_Junor, thanks for using GoodTask.

  1. Open Reminders app and see if it's working properly. If not, make sure iCloud for Reminders is turned on inside default Settings app.
  2. Open default Settings app and check Permissions for GoodTask. Both Reminders and Calendars should be turned on.
